Fees & Rebates

• $250 business hours (from 9am to 5pm weekdays)
• $265 outside of business hours (before 9am and from 5pm weekdays, and on weekends)

Fees are to be paid at the time of the appointment. They can be paid by cash, EFTPOS, direct deposit or credit card. We offer on-site processing of Medicare rebates.

We do not provide psychometric assessments or medico-legal reports.

 If you receive a Mental Health Care Plan and referral letter from your GP then you are eligible for a Medicare rebate of $141.85 for up to 10 sessions (per calendar year) 

No referral is required for an appointment if you do not wish to claim a Medicare rebate. 

 Many private health funds offer a rebate for psychology consultations. Please check with your fund as different funds provide different rebates based on your level of cover.

Please also note that you cannot claim from Medicare and your health fund for the same consultation.

Workcover referrals are accepted for people requiring therapy with the aim to treat psychological issues that are barriers to returning to work after an injury.

Please get in contact for more information if you are looking for a WDO sponsor for therapy sessions. 

 If you wish to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we ask you to do so more than 24 hours before your appointment. A cancellation fee of the full fee will be applied if notice is given within 24 hours of an appointment. A medicare rebate or Workcover payment cannot be provided for a cancelled session.
